Product review: Dr Hauschka’s Fresh Deodorant
RRP £8.00 for 50ml
Rating: *** (out of 5)
Review by: Alexa WilliamsonFor those who want something that doesn’t have all of the dangerous chemicals (including aluminium) in it, which the deodorants one buys at the chemist/pharmacy contain, then this is a great alternative – although it does still have alcohol in it.Attractively packaged, and having a light citrusy* smell, this product is good if you’re not going to sweat much. If you are, then it won’t keep the smell away, unlike a natural mineral salt deodorant.I use this product regularly (in rotation with my Pit Rok mineral salt deodorant). However, have noted that I also have to make sure it ‘dries’ before putting on my clothes, or I can get marks left on them.

Recommended, despite a few drawbacks. Scent is also slightly more preferred than Hauschka’s Floral deodorant.
