Feature: The Way to a Woman’s Heart

The idea for this feature popped into my head the other day when I was discussing how my flatmate could impress a girl.
Truthfully, I’m a feminist and can take care of myself. I don’t need the following from a guy and like a man for who he is. However, the following are nice and impress me (besides him being a kind, intelligent, humourous person, etc.) and also, (if I guess correctly – and think I am) many other women.
1. Bringing flowers – I love flowers – the beauty of delicate blooms are ‘swoon-licious’.
2. Chocolate – sadly, I am sooooo trad and have a huge like of good chocolate.
3. Good manners – a guy holding the door for me, offering to help me with my bags, etc.
4. Spoiling me – ie surprise gifts (NB: I love doing this for people too although I think a lot of women like to be pampered but not suffocated by this. )
Do these (as long as you’re genuine about it), as well as having general stuff in common with the gal and you’re bound to do very well.
