For those who like to cook – as well as those who love chicken soup – yet don’t want to spend all day in the kitchen. And, also for those who are allergic to yeast or need to have a low carb diet, here is a good and easy recipe to make!
A quick recipe for a delicious yet simple chicken soup that doesn’t require ‘stock’ added to it.
1. Chop up a breast of (organic) chicken, a clove of garlic, a couple of stocks of celery, half an onion and add a pinch of sea salt*.
2. Put it all in a pot of water, bring to a boil, then simmer for about two hours – all the flavours come out and the soup makes its own broth.
*Add other veggies and herbs (pref fresh) as required. Sometimes I also put in some olive oil, or other oils – for seasoning.
