but if you are local to the area and like small “hole in the wall” pubs then it’s a **** (out of 5)
For those who want to have a quick drink or chat with friends before either exploring Teddington or leaving Teddington or just because you would like to have a peaceful drink in a nice, quiet location, then look no further. The Bloated Mallard is a nice little pub in an old building with period features and a small outdoor space. The building is lovely with wood floors, high ceilings and old fireplaces and the bar is in the middle of main area. The outside tables are near a side path and that is also a very nice area.
Despite the pub switching owners fairly regularly over the years, this is a pleasant space and worth a visit if you want to have a peaceful chat with friends or even relax on your own.
