If you’re looking for a quaint place to have tea or coffee and a delicate pastry, then this small, wood-pannelled, Hungarian tearoom is worth a visit. Unlike chains such as Starbucks, Costa or Paul, this is a lovely old-fashioned place where the tables have white linen tablecloths, the waitresses wear aprons and your selection of cakes and hot drinks are brought to you on/in china. With a scrumptious selection of gateaux, proudly and temptingly displayed in the window, there’s are ample, fresh culinary delights to choose from. Whether you go during the week (open M-F from 9.00-5.30pm) or on the weekend, this is a delightful place to while away the hours reading or chatting with a friend.
